SPOKANE, Wash. -

Charles Fletcher, the man suspected of molesting four teen family members, made his first court appearance Wednesday after being extradited from the Republic of Georgia earlier this week.

Police tracked down Fletcher to Tblisi, Georgia, where he was living with his brother and, with the help of the FBI, were able to successfully gain his extradition back to the United States and flew him back on Monday.

Fletcher, who was on the run overseas for a year, is also facing a federal charge of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in addition to several counts of incest and child molestation.

Because he fled the country to avoid prosecution, his bond was set Wednesday at $500,000.
