THE LINE WOULD RUN ABOUT 6 MILES ALL ON ELECTRICITY.
THE TOTAL COST.
CLOSE TO 75 MILLION DOLLARS.
The per mile cost is about the same now as when we
looked at it 2011, about $12.5 million a mile.
MEYERS SAYS ABOUT 20-PERECNT OF THE FUNDING WOULD
HAVE TO COME LOCALLY.
WHILE THE OTHER 80 COULD COME FROM TRANSPORTATION
We leverage from the federal level because that money
is going to go to some community we want it to come
THE PROJECT WHICH HAS BEEN IN THE WORKS FOR THE LAST
TWO AND A HALF YEARS WILL NOW BE HEADED TO THE STREETS.
