SPOKANE, Wash. -

Level III sex offender David McCuistion just moved in to the New Washington apartments in downtown Spokane, and as it turns out, many of his roommates also share the title of sex offender.

According to the state registry, 19 level II and III sex offenders live in these apartments, and even the property manager is on probation for child molestation.

Here's an idea of just a few of the offenders who live here, according to the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs.

There's Merle Brandt, a Level III sex offender convicted of indecent liberties. His victim was a 6-year-old boy he knew.

Dennis Bucknell was convicted of third degree rape of a 16-year-old girl he knew, and second degree rape and incest of another woman.

There's Gregory Colby who was convicted of molesting three boys, ages 4, 6, and 8.

There's Joseph Collins Jr., who was convicted of raping a 14-year-old girl, a stranger, and second degree rape of a 40-year-old, another woman he didn't know.

And Sean Shepherd, convicted of first degree extortion with sexual motivation of a 45-year-old woman, and rape in the second degree of a 30-year-old woman.

And it's not just some of the tenants of these apartments who are offenders.

According to the Department of Corrections court documents, the owner of the building, Jason Wolfe, is himself a registered sex offender. He was charged with first degree sexual abuse in Oregon and plead to attempted sexual abuse in the third degree.

Patrick Kinchler manages both of Wolfe's properties. Court documents say he is currently under DOC supervision for 4 counts of child molestation. DOC says there's a recent allegation against Kinchler that he has had female residents of the Wolfe apartments, located on Sprague, in his room for the purposes of sexual activity.

Wolfe and Kinchler signed written statements in court that they would ensure David McCuisition will follow the rules of his release and notify the court if he violates the terms he agreed to.
