Woodrow Wilson Elementary School students have Seahawks fever, so much so that they've changed their school name to "Russell" Wilson Elementary, filled with dozens of 12 Kids.
"It's named after a president and now named after my favorite player," student Tommy Mickelson said.
Many of the 382 students at Wilson Elementary are cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, and they really kick things up at lunchtime.
"Yeah it gets really loud here," Mickelson said.
"There's a lot of blue out there," student Lucas Goeller added.
The energy, excitement and the rowdiness among the students at Wilson is giving Century Link's 12th Man crowd a run for their money as the kids, sandwiches in hand, scream at the top of their little lungs to cheer on the Hawks.
Now to be fair there are a handful of faithful Broncos fans in there, but the boisterous Hawks fans are ready to cheer on their team to victory.
"Peyton Manning we are coming after you, we are going to beat you," Mickelson said.
It's just a fun little lunchtime rivalry, which reaches a fever pitch when the students chant along to the Phish song Wilson. Seeing the grade school kids chanting along to Phish probably makes other school kids lunches pretty tame in comparison.
If the Seahawks win the Super Bowl the principal says they'll keep the school's name "Russell" Wilson all next week.
