Less than a week into the privatization of liquor sales in Washington and people have already found an easy way to beat the higher prices. People are crossing the border into Idaho and Oregon to avoid paying higher prices for liquor. One Idaho store says they've doubled sales in the last week and they're stocking liquor at levels typically not seen until the holidays. There are restrictions on how much liquor you can bring back into the state, but it's not clear yet if anyone is enforcing the law.
