Missoula, MT -

The wife of a Kalispell man who went missing in early July is charged with killing him by pushing him off a cliff in Glacier National Park during an argument just a week after they married.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says 22-year-old Jordan Linn Graham made an initial appearance in federal court in Missoula Monday on a complaint charging her with second-degree murder or voluntary manslaughter in the death of 25-year-old Cody Lee Johnson.

Charging documents say Graham eventually told investigators that she and her husband had been arguing on July 7 as they walked in the Loop Trail area in the park. She said at one point she turned to walk away, but Johnson grabbed her arm. She says she turned around, removed his hand from her arm and pushed him in the back, causing him to fall off the cliff.
