A suspected burglar was arrested after he fell about 40 feet from a tree after being chased by deputies from the Washington County sheriff's office.
KATU-TV reports deputies found 46-year-old Bret T. Davis in a tree in Aloha, Ore., on Saturday afternoon after chasing him through a wooded area.
Deputies said Davis refused to come down from the tree. He climbed higher instead, before finally falling.
Davis has been charged with first-degree burglary, third-degree robbery, fourth-degree assault and second-degree theft. Authorities say he was not seriously injured in the fall.
The homeowner also suffered minor injuries.
