A Boise man accused in the May attack of two women at a Boise shopping mall faces up to 65 years in prison if convicted on the charges.
A state judge informed 31-year-old Greggory Lee Macho of the penalties of his alleged crimes during a hearing Wednesday. The judge also granted Macho more time to enter initial pleas in the case.
Macho is charged with sexually assaulting a woman in her car in the parking lot of the Bowe Towne Square Mall on May 14, then running over a second woman coming to her aid. He was arrested June 5 after police released a suspect sketch and photos of his truck.
He faces felony counts of kidnapping, aggravated battery, destruction of evidence and use of a firearm during a felony.
