Oregon City, OR -

Police in Oregon City say they've made an arrest in the death of a man fatally stabbed at his home.

Sgt. Patrick Lynch said 34-year-old Tony Lopez Lozano was arrested Monday evening for investigation of murder in the death of 42-year-old Brian Romo.

Lynch described Lozano as the victim's domestic partner. He was expected to make a court appearance Tuesday.

An autopsy report said Romo was stabbed in the chest. Dr. Karen Gunson, state medical examiner, said the wound was consistent with one made by a knife.

Police say Romo was stabbed Sunday and other people were present at the time.
