SEATTLE -

Forecasters say another strong November storm is blowing through Washington on Thursday.

The National Weather Service says morning winds of 20 to 30 mph in Western Washington could gust to 45. Rain should turn to showers by Friday afternoon. The snow level in the Cascades and Olympics will drop as low as 3,000 feet.

In Eastern Washington Thursday's storm will likely bring gusty winds with valley rain and mountain snow.

Cloudy, showery weather statewide is expected to last through the weekend and into Veterans Day.
