CALDWELL, Idaho -

A March trial date has been set for a 34-year-old Nampa woman charged with stabbing her boyfriend to death in October.

Susana Cordoba Quijano pleaded not guilty earlier this month to second-degree murder in the Oct. 12 death of Santiago Delgado Quinjada. He was stabbed in the chest.

Quijano was arrested the next day.

Prosecutors have said they did not believe the stabbing was premeditated.

During a conference hearing Wednesday, the judge scheduled the trial for March 4.
