VANCOUVER, Wash. -

A Vancouver man convicted of child rape 20 years ago is facing new federal charges on allegations that he traded child pornography online.

The Columbian reports that 54-year-old Ronald Rollings, who is a registered sex offender, has pleaded not guilty to child pornography charges.

Court documents say Rollings sent images of young boys being sexually assaulted and exploited on Facebook and that he solicited child pornography with another Facebook user.

Rollings allegedly told police his Facebook accounts had been hacked before admitting to receiving and sending child pornography images.

Court records show Rollings was found guilty of third-degree child rape in 1996 and first-degree child rape in 1997. The victims were two boys, ages 10 and 13.
