MOUNT VERNON, Wash. -

"Barefoot Bandit" Colton Harris-Moore is due back in court Wednesday in Mount Vernon where he's expected to plead guilty to a Skagit County burglary charge.

In a plea deal with county Prosecutor Rich Weyrich, the 22-year-old is pleading guilty for breaking into the Anacortes Airport in 2010 where he stole a plane and flew it to Orcas Island.

He already pleaded guilty to a theft charge in connection with the case as part of a previous plea deal a year ago that resulted in a seven-year sentence. That wrapped up state and federal charges for his two-year run from the law in stolen cars, boats and airplanes that ended in the Bahamas.

Weyrich agreed to a three-month time-served sentence, which will not add to Harris-Moore's 7-year prison term.
