Vancouver, WA -

A second person struck by a hit-and-run driver in Vancouver has died.
Police say 45-year-old Raisa Mosh of Vancouver died at the scene Sunday night and the 28-year-old Vancouver woman who was critically injured, Irina Gardinant, did not survive her injuries. Her 12-year-old relative who was walking with them was not injured.
Spokeswoman Kim Kapp says police are looking for a white pickup, believed to be a Toyota Tundra, that likely has front-end damage.
In addition, police are looking for a black pickup that was at the scene at the time. Kapp says that driver could be a witness or may also have struck the pedestrians.
She said Monday there were only three pedestrians involved, not four as initially reported. They were hit as the white pickup made a turn.
