BOISE, Idaho -

Two drug dealers from eastern Idaho will spend roughly the next 8 years in prison after being sentenced in federal court for their role in a methamphetamine ring.

Erica Rodriguez, a 33-year-old from Idaho Falls, was sentenced this week in U.S. District Court in Pocatello to 92 months in prison.

One of her conspirators, Marco Antonio Echeverria, a 25-year-old also from Idaho Falls, was sentenced Thursday by U.S. District Judge Brian Ted Stewart to 97 months.

Three others in the ring were sentenced in October to a combined 46 years in prison.

In April 2012, Idaho State Police found more than 50 grams of methamphetamine Rodriguez was hiding.

According to the plea agreement, Rodriguez admitted she planned to sell the drugs, while Echeverria similarly acknowledged participating in a drug transaction.
