The National Weather Service has confirmed a tornado ripped a carport from an Eatonville home on Sunday.

The News Tribune reports the tornado touched down for less than a minute and had an estimated top wind speed of 75 mph. The weather service said on Monday that the tornado was about 25 yards wide and had a path about two-tenths of a mile long.

Eatonville Mayor Mike Schaub says no one was hurt by the tornado, which happened about 5:45 p.m. on Sunday.
