MOSES LAKE, Wash. -

Grant County authorities have issued a $1 Million arrest warrant for the suspect in an Oct. 17 murder near Moses Lake.

Adrian Rodriguez, 28, of Moses Lake, has been identified as the suspect in the kidnapping and murder of Tracy Fullbright, whose body was found bound, gagged and shot Oct. 17 near county roads 10-Northeast and L-Northeast eight miles north of Moses Lake.

Witnesses say earlier in the day Rodriguez accused Fullbright of inappropriately touching his young daughter. He then allegedly punched him, bound and gagged him, put him in the trunk of a car, drove him to the remote location north of Moses Lake and shot him.

Rodriguez and Fullbright are allegedly Norteño gang members.

Rodriguez is currently in custody in the Franklin County Jail on an unrelated charge. He's scheduled to be released Dec. 9, and will be taken into custody immediately upon his release for the murder and kidnapping charges in the Fullbright killing.
