DETAILS ON THE INCIDENT.
16-YEAR-OLD JULIAN MOSHER SAYS HE WAS ON HIS WAY HOME
AROUND TWO THIS MORNING WHEN HE CAME ACROSS FLASHING
LIGHTS ON THE INTERSTATE 90 ON-RAMP.

We were looking to see what was going on but they
told us to back up.
MOSHER RECALLS HEARING OFFICERS NEGOTIATING WITH A
MAN IN THIS WHITE TRUCK.
HE SAYS HE AND HIS DRIVER HAD BEEN THERE FOR 45 MINUTES
WHEN HE HEARD THE FIRST SHOTS FIRED.

So then I just pulled out my camera and started recording
the event that was happening.

THE ONE MINUTE AND 26 SECOND VIDEO HAS 50 SECONDS
WORTH OF FIRE ARM EXCHANGE.
AUTHORITIES SAY THE KOOTENAI COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE,
COEUR D'ALENE POLICE DEPARTMENT, POST FALLS POLICE
DEPARTMENT AND IDAHO STATE POLICE WERE INVOLVED IN
THE INCIDENT SENT ONE PERSON.
WHO THEY'RE CALLING A SUSPECT TO THE HOSPITAL IN CRITICAL
AND THAT'S ABOUT ALL THE INFORMATION THAT'S BEING

There's a lot of information, it's a very critical
incident as far as involving four agencies so you
have to piece things together one thing at a time.

The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office says that they
