Police searching for missing violent sex offender

SPOKANE, Wash. - A violent Level 3 sex offender has fallen off the radar and now police are desperate to find him.

He was last arrested on February 21 for robbery and assault, released from jail on February 24 and arrested again in early March for failing to register.

Silva is 5' 7'', 165 pounds and has hazel eyes and brown hair.
