EVERETT, Wash. - The Washington State Patrol says a man who was struck and killed on Highway 99 in Everett had been running away from a casino.
The patrol says the 30-year-old Federal Way man, Dahai Guan, stopped in traffic Thursday night when he was fatally injured.
KOMO reports he was fleeing the Royal Casino where employee suspected he was trying to leave with cards or chips belonging to the casino.
