Kidnapping victim's car found in...

CHENEY, Wash. - Update, 11:00 p.m: Cheney investigators plan to retrace their steps Wednesday as they look for more clues in the search for Cameron Smith and the suspects behind his disappearance.

Police located Smith's vehicle in Airway Heights Tuesday afternoon. Evidence inside the car will be examined later this week by Washington State Patrol investigators.

Smith's wallet was also located miles away near Little Falls dam on the Spokane Indian Reservation.

UPDATE: The kidnapping victim's Acura SUV has been found near 12th and Craig in Airway Heights. There was no one inside.

Police are still searching for the victim.

Cheney police believe they have identified two of the suspects involved in the abduction of a Cheney marijuana store employee.

Cheney Police tell kxly4 they believe the man shown in the surveillance video before Cameron Smith was shot at and abducted is 36-year-old Donovan Culps. The female suspect in the surveillance video has been identified as Donovan's niece,18-year-old Violetta Culps. Both suspects are from the Yakima, lower valley area.

Cheney Police believe the suspects are still in the Yakima area; Yakama Tribal Police are helping with the investigation.

“I can tell you that on Sunday evening after we gave the information to the Yakama Tribal Police, they got into a vehicle pursuit with a vehicle that looked very similar to the victim's vehicle,” said Rick Beghtol, Cheney Police Department.

There is an active warrant out for Donovan Culps' arrest.

Police are hopeful that Smith is still alive.
