URGENT - Syria-U.N.-Rebels

(CNN) -- The United Nations is looking into reports that a U.N. force in Syria was detained by rebels. The opposition Syrian Observatory for Human Rights released two videos showing two armed men with U.N. trucks in the background. The Observatory's head said 20 U.N. personnel from the Philippines have been detained near the city of Daraa.
