SPOKANE -- One person is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car on the South Hill early Monday afternoon.

Police were called just after noon to the intersection of 10th and Oak where the victim had been hit by a car. The victim was taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.

The vehicle that may have been involved in the Hit and Run has been described as either a light brown or blue sedan with a loud muffler. No other description of the suspect is available.
