Pedestrian critical after Hit and Run

SPOKANE -- One person is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car on the South Hill early Monday afternoon.Police were called just after noon to the intersection of 10th and Oak where the victim had been hit by a car. The victim was taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.The vehicle that may have been involved in the Hit and Run has been described as either a light brown or blue sedan with a loud muffler.
