SPOKANE -- The weekend snow created a busy morning for Washington State Patrol Deputies and tow truck drivers, who were sent to all corners of Spokane County to lead with slide-offs and rollover accidents.Deputies responded to about 30 slide-offs or rollovers Sunday morning as the snow began to fall. According to the Washington State Patrol, each were caused by excessive speeds. Deputies say nobody was seriously injured in the accidents.

He was working as fast as he could, but so many people came to Divine's for snow tires that the wait was at least two hours.“It's exciting because the hours means more money for all of us and more money for the company... so with how today's economy is, the more money we make the happier everybody is,” Cox said.As the day crept on the snow began to melt and all fears of another “snowpocalypse” like last winter were quelled.Although some thought today's taste of winter was a lucky break – others say bring it on.
