Crews extinguish N. Spokane house fire

SPOKANE -- The Red Cross is helping out two people and their pet dog following a house fire in north Spokane Saturday morning.Firefighters responded to the 1300 block of W. Cleveland around 10:30 a.m. when neighbors saw smoke coming from the eaves of the house.Crews were able to knock down the fire within an hour.The cause of the fire has not been determined, but a woman living in the home says she thinks it may have been started by an electrical problem.
