Search crews have found a missing hunter alive and well in the vicinity of the Strychnine area of North Idaho.

The Latah County Sheriff's Office had been heading up the search for 67-year-old Charles Moody, who went missing Thursday afternoon.

Moody was on a hunting trip with his son in the Strychnine area, which is north of Potlatch on the Latah/Benewah County line. The two split up around 4 p.m. and agreed to meet back at a certain time, but Moody never showed.

Search crews spent all night out in the woods looking for Moody, who was found in good condition shortly before noon.
