REPORTS TO: Promotions/Compliance Director

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Positively represent station at onsite appearances, live broadcasts, concerts and events
  • Set up and breakdown promotional material used for on-site promotion
  • Administrative duties including coordinating prize giveaways, helping manage station social media, and promotional recaps
  • Maintain safe operation of company vehicles, prizes, equipment, and other promotional tools
  • Point of contact for client events and management of client appearances and remotes
  • Interact with listeners and clients in a professional manner
  • Participate in promotions and client meetings, help to maintain promotional calendar
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and insurance
  • Must have dependable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including all days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry 70 lbs.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • Computer literacy in applicable programs including: Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Creative and self-motivated
  • Ability to learn and navigate web-based, company-wide software systems
  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritize
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
