The debate over social media and the Olympics has exploded online.
People are angry Twitter, Facebook and the internet in general, are spoiling the outcome of events before they're able to watch the race.
Many critics are upset NBC won't live stream the events as they're happening in London, but NBC says it saves the big events for prime time when most people are home to watch and when the network makes the most advertising revenue.
In this digital age, where people want results and information right now, is it reasonable to expect you won't see or hear the outcome of a race before you are able to watch it on tv later in the evening?
Does the network need to re-work how it covers events with this new social media age?
