How do I cancel my service?
Depending on your carrier (Verizon or Sprint) there are different ways to cancel.
Log into the Content Manager on Sprint's Web site www.sprint.com or perform the following steps on the phone.
Click the Menu button
Select My Content
Select Applications or Downloads
Highlight the application and Select Options
Click OK to erase it
Follow these steps on the phone.

You will be shown a Cancellation Confirmation Page; please verify that it says "Refund approved mm/dd/yy" and/or "Subscription: Do not renew on mm/dd/yy" depending on your choice above.
You may now delete the My Local TV application from your handset. Your subscription has already been cancelled, so it is not necessary to complete this step to cancel your subscription.
Simply deleting the My Local TV icon/application from your phone will not end recurring charges. You must cancel the service
Will I get a pro-rated refund?
No. When you unsubscribe, you will still have access to the application until your current month's subscription expires.
How do I upgrade to V CAST 4.0?
Follow these steps on the phone:
go to Get It Now menu
select Pix & Flix
select Get New Pix
select Get New App
select V CAST Upgrade
How long should it take for photos and maps to download?
That depends. If you have an average or better than average signal, it could take up to 15 seconds to load some of the content. Images (such as radar and satellite animations) could take a little longer.
I'm not a customer of the carriers listed or I do not have one of the phones listed but am a customer. How can I get the service?
Why do I keep getting a network error when using the service on my phone?
This could be caused by several factors. The best thing to do is to wait a couple of minutes and try again.
What is the Preferences option list under the main menu of the service?
The Preferences option allows you to customize your service. The Weather Conditions selection allows you to choose the location for viewing weather. The Current Conditions selection under the Weather option is not user-definable. This selection as well as the conditions on the sign-on screen are for the station's anchor city. If the City and News Provider are available, you have the option to change your viewing market.
How do I make the radar images loop?
When you visit one of the Doppler pages, first you will receive the most recent image. If you would like to see a historical loop, select the Animate option. You are able to pause the image by selecting the Pause option. This will stop the animation at the last frame displayed on the screen. Doppler radar animations are one hour loops.
I've subscribe but I can't find the application on my phone. Where is it?
Depending on your carrier (Verizon, Sprint, or Nextel) you will find the application
in different places on your phone.
