Wednesday's Child

Wednesday's Child: Alley

Wednesday's Child: Alley

With a zest for life and adventure, this week's Wednesday's child tackles them, head on!

Her name is Alice, but she prefers to be called Alley.

If there is something new to try, count her in!

10-year-old Alley was checking out all she could on a dreary day at the Portland Zoo, but the rain and gloom didn't phase her!

She's a huge fan of learning all she can about animals.

Alley also likes to read. Her new favorite book is Nancy Drew.

She likes listening to music and doing crafts.

Alley has trouble with hearing, herself. She wears hearing aids, and they help, a lot.

Alley is a feisty young lady who loves the thought of having a lot of family around. She has a plan for what they'd do.

“We'd go to the beach every nice Saturday, and go to the movies Sunday,” she said. “They will have a job and they will let me go to a friend's house after school.”

Alley would love to have her own room and a special friend, like a kitten.

She would like to try gymnastics and tap.

She has a great sense of humor, and needs a family that can keep up with her and give her lots of the attention she needs, and can provide her with lots of great experience.
