The 2012 World Happiness Report was released recently. Find out which countries are the happiest places in the world.
The World Happiness Report — commissioned by the United Nations — offers a snapshot of the state of happiness in today's world, while the Happy Planet Index report measures how countries balance personal well-being, environmental impact and life expectancy. Take a look at the top five happiest countries based on the World Happiness Report results as well as the top five based on the Happy Planet Index.
