Wednesday marks 57 years since "The Day the Music Died," with rockers Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and J.P. "The Big Bopper" Richardson dying together in a plane crash. Rock 'n' Roll pioneer Buddy Holly died at the age of 22 on Feb. 3, 1959, in a plane crash near Clear Lake, Iowa. His successful career lasted less than two years and produced such hits as "That'll Be the Day," "Peggy Sue," "Everyday," "Maybe Baby" and "It's So Easy."
