Alec and Hilaria Baldwin will soon be parents of a baby girl.

The couple confirmed the news on Thursday, with Hilaria tweeting, "So happy about our little girl! Thank you all for the happy wishes."

Hilaria, who works as a special correspondent for "Extra," told the program last month that she suspected she was having a boy. To that end, she'd picked out three names for a boy, but only one for a girl. (Alec's suggestion? Massimo.)

Yet now that she knows what she's expecting, chances are she might already be envisioning her next pregnancy.

"I want to have at least one of each," Hilaria said, "so whatever this is going to be, I want to have the next one."

Alec and Hilaria are expecting their daughter to arrive in late summer. When she gets here, she'll already have a big sister in Ireland, Alec's daughter from his prior marriage to Kim Basinger.
