KXLY4 News Anchor
Kalae Chock anchors KXLY 4 HD News at 11. She also reports for the KXLY 4 HD News at 5 and 6. Kalae is also the Our Kids: Our Business spokesperson for KXLY, a campaign dedicated to preventing child abuse.
Kalae graduated from Washington State University in 2002 and from there moved to Kalispell, Montana to report at KAJ TV, and then to Missoula to fill the weekend anchor spot at KPAX. Since coming to KXLY in 2005, Kalae has anchored the weekend newscasts, Good Morning Northwest, and is now working the night shift.
Kalae is proud of her work at KXLY, but she's most proud of her family. She married her husband Robby, also a fellow Coug, in 2005. She has two young kids, a daughter, Leialoha and a son, Kekoa. Her family is her passion. She's grateful her schedule allows her to spend much of the day with her kids.
You can read about Kalae's kids, her life at home and her life at work on her blog "The Night Shift". She posts almost everyday. You can also catch up on the nightly happenings and interact with the night crew on their Facebook fan page "KXLY HD News @ 11".
